The role focuses on electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and building systems design, with strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency. You'll execute detailed designs, calculations, specifications, and construction administration while collaborating across teams. Colorado PE preferred.Responsibilities Perform detailed electrical design for institutional and commercial buildings (power, lighting, fire alarm, building systems)Develop electrical room layouts, load calculations, and one-line diagramsProduce 3D Revit models and 2D CAD drawingsComplete photometric calculations, short circuit calculations, and arc flash studiesPrepare project drawings, specifications, and equipment selection/applicationConduct code studies, site surveys, and related correspondenceSupport construction administration activitiesCollaborate with internal teams and clients; communicate progress and issues clearlyRequirements Bachelor's degree (4-year) from an accredited university in a related fieldMinimum 3+ years of experience in building consulting engineering as a project designer, engineer, or project managerProficiency in Revit (minimum 3 years) and AutoCAD (minimum 4 years)Demonstrated experience with electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and building systems designExperience performing load calculations, one-line development, photometric calculations, short circuit calculations, and arc flash studiesHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.); knowledge of Ajera is a plusStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetGreat attitude and proven reliability; professional references requiredColorado Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
