Our client, a leader in Aerospace and Industrial manufacturing, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the manufacturing and industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.  This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits.

Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $78K-$90K
Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Design and maintain electrical systems to support manufacturing operations at the Hanover facility
  • Interpret and implement designs from technical drawings and blueprints
  • Collaborate with contractors and communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Maintain accurate product documentation and records for traceability and quality assurance
  • Inspect electrical components during and after installation, testing electronics for issues and proposing solutions

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of three years' related experience and training
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and distribution panels
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR compliance requirements
