SUMMARY:
The Engineer I Electrical position is responsible for production design, development, and product / process improvements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology required
0-2 years' experience in engineering or a related technical field
Required engineering skills include both analytical and "hands-on" abilities
Consistent attention to detail
Strong:
Communication skills, verbal and written
Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task and prioritize workload
Creative and innovative team player
Intermediate-level user in Microsoft Office Suite
CAD experience with emphasis on 2D and 3D; SolidWorks preferred
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Willing to improve self / area / company (including pursing additional training, if needed)
Basic knowledge of Company and products
Familiar with technical publications and associations
Familiar with applicable industry standards, codes and regulations
