    1. Electrical Engineer – Finishing | Advanced Manufacturing

    Alcoa, TN (Onsite)
    Full-Time | Day Shift (with off-shift support as needed)
    $85K – $100K Base + Bonus + Relocation Available

    This is not a desk-based role.
    This is a hands-on engineering opportunity where you'll troubleshoot real systems, improve processes, and grow into a technical leader within a high-performance plant environment.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Troubleshooting electrical systems, controls, and process issues in live production
    • Supporting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
    • Developing engineered solutions to recurring equipment problems
    • Supporting capital projects, equipment rebuilds, and system improvements
    • Partnering with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
    • Driving improvements in safety, quality, and production performance

    What Makes You a Strong Fit:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
    • Exposure to PLC systems, controls, or automation
    • Strong problem-solving mindset in real-world environments

    Bonus:

    • Allen-Bradley PLC experience
    • Drives, power distribution, or automation networking exposure
    • Metals or heavy manufacturing experience
