Top 3-
- Must have a degree in some sort of relevant field-doesn't need to be necessarily electrical engineering, but something that lines up(won't even consider a degree in finance or some unrelated field)
- Experience within a CO-OP/Utility/Civil Engineering-not all three, but at least one of those
- Experience design or the ability to "work plan” with the analysts and technicians
