Electrical Engineer

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally supporting commercial and retail projects.
• Proficient in Revit with experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
• Strong background in QA/QC processes, including reviewing and redlining engineering drawings.
• Proven ability to lead clients, project teams (1-5 staff), and small-to-medium-sized projects, or manage key portions of larger projects.
• Solid expertise in lighting design, power distribution design, and application of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant industry standards.
• Working knowledge of energy codes with the ability to independently incorporate code requirements into lighting and power system designs.
• Experienced in performing photometric calculations, developing lighting layouts, and selecting appropriate lighting fixtures, systems, and controls.
• Capable of working independently to deliver complete construction document packages across a variety of project types while providing excellent client service throughout all phases of design.
• Strong understanding of fault current calculations, one-line diagrams, electrical distribution systems, and lighting controls.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
