Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in analog and digital circuit design, hardware testing, and system validation. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the full product lifecycle, including design, simulation, requirements management, and troubleshooting of electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog and digital circuits
• Create and review schematic designs using standard engineering tools
• Perform circuit simulation and analysis to ensure performance and reliability
• Capture and manage requirements using DOORS
• Develop functional test cases and test procedures
• Execute hardware testing for functionality and performance validation
• Troubleshoot circuits and PCBA issues
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation
• Support compliance with DO-254 standards

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Analog & Digital Circuit Design
• Experience with schematic capture tools
• Proficiency in simulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with DOORS
• Ability to develop test cases and procedures
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and PCBAs
• Familiarity with DO-254 process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field.
