Electrical Engineer II - HYBRID

*Onsite in Torrance, CA, 90501 with a Hybrid work schedule
(Onsite 2-3 days per week)

*6-month contract possible Temp / Perm

*Note: Candidate can work a hybrid schedule during the design phase of the project, where they can work from home Mondays and Fridays.  However, when the project reached the testing stage, they need to be onsite every day to do the testing in the lab.

Keys to this job:
The manager is looking for candidates with hardware design, circuit card design, and circuit board level experience. The candidate will make/design circuit cards -- will receive a requirement then design the electronics based off the requirements. 

Qualifications:
*Experience: Prior experience with hardware design, circuit card design, and circuit board level experience is required.

*Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

Technical Skills:
*Proficiency in electrical circuit design, analysis, simulation software, and hardware design. 
*Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
*Familiarity with CAD software for creating schematics and layouts.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical engineering issues.
*Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
*Ability to collaborate and work well within multidisciplinary teams.
*Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in designing, testing, and documenting electrical systems.
*Ability to identify potential risks or errors and implement appropriate measures.
*Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
