Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and technically driven Electrical Engineer III – Advanced Programs to lead the development of specialized spacecraft electronics supporting next-generation Ranger missions. In this role, you will own the design, development, integration, qualification, and flight delivery of high-reliability electronics hardware that enables advanced spacecraft capabilities across national security, civil, and commercial missions.
Working closely with systems, mechanical, thermal, propulsion, FPGA, and flight software engineers, you will drive hardware development from early concept through flight qualification while collaborating across multidisciplinary spacecraft programs. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced development environment and enjoys taking ownership of mission-critical hardware that flies.

Base Salary: $125,000–$175,000
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are considered part of Quantum Space's total compensation package.
