Electrical Engineer

Bemana is assisting a rapidly growing company specializing in innovative fog solutions to hire an Electrical Engineerwith hands-on experience designing industrial electrical panels. This role will develop custom electrical designs using AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical, integrating PLCs, sensors, relays, valves, and other components. Projects range from agricultural and HVAC applications to larger, more complex systems supporting data centers and power plants.

Position Offers

• Up to $150,000 base salary depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical control panels using AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical

• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and related documentation

• Integrate Allen-Bradley PLCs, relays, switches, sensors, valves, and other components

• Develop custom control systems based on customer specifications, including varying voltages and configurations

• Apply UL508A, UL, NEC, and NFPA standards throughout the design process

• Communicate with customers and support control system integration, troubleshooting, and occasional field needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, with experience in industrial equipment, controls, or related systems

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical or similar systems

• Experience designing industrial control panels, electrical schematics, and wiring systems

• Familiarity with UL508A, UL, NEC, and NFPA requirements

• Experience with PLCs and industrial electrical components; Allen-Bradley preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
