Electrical Engineer

We’re hiring a Lead Electrical Engineerin the Madison, WI area!

Our client has an influx of projects and is expanding their team. They offer a stable work environment with low turnover, strong opportunities for advancement, and an average employee tenure of more than 10 years.

Position Highlights:

• $90K–$120K, DOE

• Full benefits package

• Flexible hybrid schedule after the training period

• Less than 20% travel, typically for project kickoff and completion

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design electrical systems for industrial buildings and manufacturing facilities

• Develop power distribution, lighting, and fire protection layouts

• Create designs in Revit and support projects from design through completion

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality electrical designs

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• Experience with building design/layout and Revit

• 3–10 years of relevant experience
