You will lead an Electrical Engineering Design team within the NOLA Project Office, overseeing planning, design, and execution of a portfolio of capital projects. This role is responsible for delivering all Electrical engineering outputs on scope, on schedule, and within budget.
You will ensure consistent application of engineering codes, standards, and best practices across all projects while developing fit‑for‑purpose solutions for a wide range of initiatives—from small operational improvements to large capital programs. You’ll drive a culture of continuous improvement, maintain effective team structure and resource allocation, and oversee engineering processes, systems, software, and quality audits.
Additional responsibilities include guiding project deliverables, budgets, and schedules; coordinating with other engineering disciplines; and partnering with Procurement, Construction, and Operations to maintain execution alignment. You will also support risk assessments, design reviews, and safety-related initiatives.
