Exciting Engineering Opportunity - Water Treatment

I am currently working with a rapidly growing player in the industrial water and wastewater space, and they are looking to add a hands-on Senior Engineer.

The role focuses on:

• Leading electrical/controls engineering team supporting wastewater/water treatment projects

• Overseeing high-capacity system design

• Driving technical direction across PLC programming(Allen Bradley/Rockwell)

• Supporting system integration, project delivery, and troubleshooting

• Acting as a key bridge between engineering leadership and executive stakeholders

Ideal Candidates have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• 7-10 years work experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of managing and supervising personnel

The ideal candidate is based in the Illinois or Minnesota area but does offer flexibility for a hybrid schedule. The base salary is between ~$140,000–$180,000 plus bonus.
