Electrical Engineer - Onsite

We are currently in search of a Electrical Engineer(s) to join our group near Pottsville, PA

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college/university
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in an electrical engineering field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ladder logic and programming/troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), Rockwell and Allen Bradley PLC experience is preferred.
• Experience specifying, installing and troubleshooting DC and AC motor drives systems.
• Experience with networking equipment, installation, troubleshooting and commissioning. (Ideally as it pertains to Automation Communication).
• Experience with power distribution systems.
• Manufacturing experience in the metals or similar industry, with aluminum rolling or processing preferred.
• Experience with rolling mills and mill controls, shears, strip processing and coiling, metal process furnaces or casting equipment
• Technical knowledge to support the installation, operation, and repair of electrical controls and automation technology.
