    Senior Electrical Designer — Build What Powers the Future

    We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Designer in the Sanford/Orlando, FL area to take the lead on dynamic projects across industrial and municipal environments—someone who brings both technical expertise and a passion for quality design.

    What You’ll Do

    As a key contributor on our team, you’ll:

    • Design power distribution, lighting, and control systems that meet the highest industry standards
    • Create and review detailed drawings including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and power & lighting plans
    • Perform critical calculations (load analysis, voltage drop, conduit sizing, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient systems
    • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
    • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life
    • Help drive projects forward by balancing timelines, quality, and budget
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve design approaches

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
    • PE license preferred
    • Strong experience designing electrical systems for industrial and/or municipal projects
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and MS Office
    • Deep understanding of electrical codes, standards, and NFPA guidelines
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
