Core Responsibilities
• Develop electrical equipment layouts, single lines, wiring diagrams, cable tray, lighting, and grounding drawings • Generate electrical equipment and construction specifications in accordance with NEC and industry standards • Perform power studies including short circuit analysis and incident energy calculations using ETAP or SKM software • Serve as main point of contact for electrical discipline with project managers, discipline leads, and clients • Provide quality oversight for electrical designs and mentor less experienced engineers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
5 years of experience in electrical engineering with industrial or manufacturing project experience
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (NFPANEC IEEE ANSI NEMA API ASI)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to perform fieldsite visits
