What You'll Do:

• Manage, direct, and supervise projects to ensure conformance with contract requirements related to time, quality, and budget
• Serve as primary client contact to establish project schedules and expectations
• Lead electrical systems design and make calculations integral to project delivery
• Apply applicable building codes, regulations, and client design standards
• Assist with business development efforts to maintain and grow client base
• Support proposal team in preparation of RFP responses including project write-ups and resumes
• Assist in preparation of fee proposals for the division
• Manage and supervise engineering staff as the team grows

Must-Have Qualifications:

PE license preferred - licensed in at least one U.S. state with ability to obtain Texas licensure (EIT considered)

B.S. in Electrical Engineering

5+ years of experience in electrical design and analysis for building construction projects

Project Management experience required

Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

Government, healthcare, or higher education project experience preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - no visa sponsorship available
