We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in power and lighting design for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have a strong understanding of building systems, codes, and coordination with other disciplines. You’ll be involved in designing and documenting electrical systems for a variety of commercial facilities. Any experience with mission critical or data center facilities is a plus.  Ideally candidates will need to be able to work independently and take the lead on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and layout of power distribution systems, lighting, and branch circuitry for commercial buildings.
  • Develop electrical construction drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Perform lighting calculations and photometric analysis.
  • Select and specify lighting and electrical equipment in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes (NEC, IECC, local codes).
  • Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Support project design from concept through construction administration.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to review progress and resolve design issues.
Required:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ Years of power and lighting design/engineering for Commercial projects.
  • REVIT Proficiency
Preferred:
  • PE
  • Mission Critical/Data Center Experience
