Job Summary: Ensures all technical issues and problems are resolved in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner using available resources. Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coordinate teams in implementing new technical strategies, equipment, and standards. Conduct risk assessments and apply mitigation strategies to ensure safety and reliability in engineering projects. Provide technical expertise and guidance for identifying, analyzing, and resolving high-impact or cross-functional engineering problems. Maintain and control engineering design basis and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Plan, coordinate, and execute complex engineering studies and projects with full technical responsibility. Requirements: Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately. Experience in control panel layout and component mounting (e.g., DIN rail, terminal blocks, relays). Skilled in wire stripping, crimping, and organizing wiring neatly within enclosures. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience with instrumentation and data logging equipment. Proficiency in automation software (e.g., LabVIEW, Ovation). Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required. Experience with energy storage systems, generators, or microgrids is a plus. Professional Electrical Engineer license (California) preferred but not mandatory.M
