Payrate: $120k-$200k DOE
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage power engineering projects from initiation through completion
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and delivery excellence
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across substations, transmission, and distribution projects
Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and deliverables
Support proposal development, project scoping, and business development efforts
Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering and project teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
9+ years of experience in a power engineering environment
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Strong background in utility-scale power systems (substations, T&D, etc.)
Proven experience managing complex engineering projects and client relationships
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
