Join a team supporting advanced electronic systems used in mission-critical defense and aerospace applications. As an Electrical Engineer – Production & Test, you will work with experienced engineers and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot complex hardware, solve challenging technical problems, and help ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on hardware troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and working directly with cutting-edge electronic systems. Your work will have a direct impact on product performance, production success, and customer mission readiness.

Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on complex electronic assemblies and subsystems
  • Debug digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and other lab equipment
  • Investigate product failures and identify root causes
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, test, engineering, and supplier teams to implement corrective actions
  • Support production operations by improving product yield and reducing recurring issues
  • Review schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials to support failure analysis
  • Analyze production data and defect trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, engineering updates, and discrepancy reports
  • Support supplier technical discussions and issue resolution efforts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and manufacturing performance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, or supporting electronic hardware in a production, manufacturing, laboratory, or engineering environment
  • Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials
  • Experience performing root-cause analysis and solving technical problems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Tucson, AZ
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations
  • Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or other high-reliability industries
  • Experience with RF, mixed-signal, or subsystem-level testing
  • Knowledge of engineering change processes, ECOs, and configuration-controlled documentation
  • Experience with yield improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar engineering tools

Pay Ranges

$62 - $67USD
