Leveraging your expertise, you'll work from our state-of-the-art lab adjacent to production facilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes at the component level and implement effective solutions. A strong foundation in electrical engineering, along with hands-on problem-solving skills, will be pivotal as you experiment and simulate corrective actions to enhance product performance. This position requires U.S. citizenship, with potential relocation assistance provided.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience. Alternatively, 10 years of comparable experience in electrical engineering may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with tactical radios is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and datasheets, probing circuits, and evaluating circuit operations.
- Competence in troubleshooting circuit assemblies down to the component level.
- Ability to select and qualify alternative electronic components.
- Experience with LabVIEW and Jira is a plus.
