Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Rockford, IL (Onsite)
Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer will support the design, development, and maintenance of automated systems used for product testing and validation. This role involves troubleshooting, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical systems and test solutions
Support equipment integration, troubleshooting, and optimization
Develop and execute testing and validation activities
Analyze test results and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and instrumentation
Experience with testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Knowledge of automation and process improvement methodologies
