Over approximately 27 months, you will rotate through:Engineering – Electrical design, system integration, and technical developmentOperations & Maintenance (O&M) – Field operations, troubleshooting, automation/controls, and reliabilitySolutions Engineering / EPC – Customer-facing design, project execution, and system deliveryEach rotation provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and increasing responsibility.What You'll ExperienceYou will work on real projects under the guidance of experienced engineers, gaining exposure to office-based engineering and field operations.
