    Position Title: Electrical Engineer

    Department: Engineering

    Salary Range: NT$1,200,000 - $1,500,000/year

    Location: Taipei, Taiwan

    Summary:

    Turtle Beach is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our R&D team in Taiwan. The selected candidate will lead Electrical Engineering related tasks to develop gaming hardware from roadmap to mass production by working closely with partners and vendors.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the design and development of gaming products from concept to mass production.
    • Experience in digital and analog electronics design and understanding firmware architecture.
    • Experience in sensing domain with understanding for analog keyboard switches, mice movement sensors, etc are a strong plus.
    • Experience with ARM Cortex-M series MCU or RISC-V MCU development and wireless chipsets for Bluetooth and/or proprietary 2.4GHz communication.
    • Familiarity with hardware interfaces such as USB, SPI, I2C and UART.
    • Lead EMC/ESD analysis and debugging activities to ensure product robustness, regulatory compliance, and successful product qualification.

    Education/Experience/Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, preferably with MCU, Bluetooth or proprietary 2.4GHz wireless chipsets and battery powered systems.
    • Experience with EMI/EMC solutions and system-level validations.
    • Skilled with hardware evaluation and debugging equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analysers.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in failure analysis.
    • Proficient in hardware design tools such as OrCAD/Altium Designer (AD)/ Allegro/ PADS.
    • Experience in wireless gaming product design is a strong plus.
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
    • Outspoken, open-minded and creative team player.
    • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
