Electrical Engineer (P4) – Bay AreaWe are hiring an Electrical Engineer (P4) to support large scale commercial and mission critical projects in the Bay Area. This role suits someone who is fully competent in electrical design, able to work independently on complex packages, and confident leading elements of the engineering process.Base pay range$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesDeliver full electrical design packages including drawings, specifications and construction documentationProduce point to point schedules, control diagrams, conductor heat calculations and power studies for hyperscale data centersRun SKM or ETAP studies including short circuit, load flow and arc flashReview and coordinate design with equipment submittalsApply QAQC through design and construction phasesProvide technical support to engineers, designers, estimators and project managersEnsure construction documents meet code requirements and project scopeAttend internal and external coordination meetings (architect, MEP, GC and owner SMEs)Mentor junior designers and support technical development within the teamContribute to engineering standards, processes and workflowsCoordinate with CAD/BIM teams to support project deliveryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similarProfessional Engineer licence in California3 to 5 years experience in electrical design for commercial, industrial or mission critical projectsProficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and power systems software (SKM or ETAP)Strong understanding of NEC and state codesGood time management, communication and coordination skillsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
