**Key Responsibilities:**
- Innovate and advance analog/mixed-signal and motion control hardware designs.
- Guide products through seamless development stages, ensuring thorough examination and support during production.
- Engage in comprehensive circuit simulations and optimizations.
- Cooperate with diverse engineering teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Contribute to the elevation of existing products and the inception of new advancements.
- Provide mentorship and technical governance for junior engineers, influencing technical decisions and project directions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred for senior roles).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience for mid-level, 7 years for senior roles, ideally suited for one hire at each level.
- Extensive expertise in designing analog/mixed-signal circuits, including proficiency with A/D and D/A converters, signal processing, and control circuits.
- Proficient in power electronics, with experience in DC/DC converters, inverters, motor drive circuits, and advanced semiconductor technologies.
- Skilled in motion control systems involving BLDC motors and related sensing technologies.
- Acquainted with simulation and design tools such as LTspice, PSpice, and OrCAD.
- Understanding of thermal dynamics, EMI, and design reliability is an asset.
- Ability to obtain U.S. export authorization or possess U.S. Person status.
