Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen!Job Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of work procedures, PM's and LOTO.Participate in plant 5S and Lean manufacturing programs as well as any and all continuous improvement activities.Conduct "Root Cause Analysis" meetings to determine and rectify problematic issues in the process.Assist and manage setting up down days, outages, and special projects.Monitor all related cost associated with the Electrical Maintenance Team.Oversee all electrical projects.Coordinate effective repairs and maintenance on Finishing Mill equipment utilizing SAP.Assist in development of the Preventative Maintenance program.Become part of our World Class Maintenance Organization.Perform work through hands-on assistance to all maintenance staff as required.Assist in programs and procedures to ensure compliance to all safety regulations.Other duties as assigned by management.Job Requirements BA/BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other related field – or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering or related experience.Must be able to manage all aspects of the electrical department and work closely with TL Electrical and Planners.Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.Seamless Pipe Mill Experience a huge plus!CAD, SAP, Excel, and Project software experience.Project experience both large and small, in design and engineering improvements.Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisors, coworkers and management.Your contact Samantha Ann MetoyerBENTELER Human Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
