The Sr. Electrical Engineer will support the various projects located in King of Prussia, PA.RESPONSIBILITIES:Electrical Reliability worst-case and parts stress analyses.Hands-on test, troubleshooting, and integration of electronic hardware.Producing interface and interconnect diagrams.Design/develop custom test equipment / test racks.Communications and signaling protocols (for example SPI, I2C, CAN, LVDS, SpaceWire, parallel/serial bus).Major program reviews such as System Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, Qualification Readiness Review.Missile or satellite hardware or related test hardware.Failure investigation and root cause analysis.Requirements definition, design, integration, test, verification, and validation of hardware in a highly regulated or high-reliability industry (defense, medical, etc.).Defining electrical system architecture from requirements definition, and allocating functions across hardware blocks.System hardware and software integration.Leading a technical team.PWB layout, stack-up, and routing.Cable and harness design.Microcontroller circuit design including external reference clocking sources.Embedded software design for microcontrollers.S-Parameter measurement methodologies.FPGA design.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED:This position has been posted at multiple levels (must meet minimum level indicated).
