5–10 years of experience
BSEE or equivalent
Hands-on experience with digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal systems
Skilled with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.)
Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs
Strong written and verbal communication
Troubleshoot hardware and resolve production issues
Prepare change documentation for review boards
Own issue resolution projects from start to finish
Collaborate with suppliers and support production engineering activities
Drive process improvements using defect and yield data
Electrical Engineering team supporting production by troubleshooting hardware issues, preparing documentation, and driving problems to resolution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to keep builds moving forward.
