Job Description
This Electrical Engineer role focuses on testing, loading, and validating firmware on electronic assemblies and systems within a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will work closely with a small, collaborative engineering team to support both custom and production-scale printed circuit board (PCB) programs. This position is ideal for an early- to mid-career engineer who wants to deepen their experience in firmware loading, electrical testing, and troubleshooting while contributing to fast-moving, cutting-edge electronics projects.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing setting with approximately 25-30 employees on site, offering a collaborative, hands-on environment where engineers participate in every phase of design, testing, and production. The organization supports electronics and PCB assembly programs, including both custom and production-scale projects, providing exposure to cutting-edge electrical engineering work in areas such as engineering, assembly, testing, and builds. The workday typically runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You will spend significant time on the shop floor and at electronics benches using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other test equipment to support hardware validation and troubleshooting. The setting emphasizes long-term opportunities, contract-to-permanent pathways, and close collaboration with other engineers and leadership.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
