Electrical Engineer WCCA (Remote)

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer WCCA for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will perform Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA) and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis on avionics hardware to ensure electronic circuits meet design, reliability, and performance requirements.

This is a 2-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This role is a remote role in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Researches designs develops and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.

• Worst case circuit analysis (WCCA) Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen

• 11+ years of experience in Electrical / Electronics design.
• Experience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Circuit Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis).
• Experience in development phase of aerospace hardware.
• Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers
• Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
• A Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with analog / power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA).
• Experience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis.
• Experience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation, and Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE.
• Experience performing failure Investigation on electronic hardware (CCA, Unit, and System
  Level).
• Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members.
• Demonstrated excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation: $100/hr - $130/hr
