Your Day-to-Day
- Lead electrical and MEP engineering project delivery across commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments
- Guide projects from proposal and pursuit through design and completion — managing scope, schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Develop proposals, prepare electrical construction cost estimates, and coordinate across architectural, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while driving new business development and work-winning activities
- Mentor and develop engineering staff while contributing to strategic growth and market expansion initiatives
- Deliver client-facing consulting services with strong communication across technical and executive audiences
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (strongly preferred)
- 15–25+ years of electrical engineering experience within a consulting environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards
- Proven track record leading MEP electrical engineering projects from pursuit through completion
- Demonstrated success in business development, proposal writing, and profitable project management
- Experience with MEP building systems for commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects preferred
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and mentor technical staff
- Strong presentation and communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Recent consulting engineering experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare project experience beneficial but not required
