Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary electronics engineering team, providing technical direction and career development support. Experience leading engineering teams within aerospace, defense, military, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments. Strong background in power electronics, DC-DC converters, motor drivers, embedded systems, FPGAs, and microprocessor-based designs. Proven ability to manage multiple engineering projects while balancing quality, budget, and delivery timelines. Hands-on experience with Altium, LTspice, LabVIEW, and standard Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, along with prior people management experience and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
