Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the electrical engineering function at our Castle Hayne, NC manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuous improvement of all electrical systems, instrumentation, and control infrastructure across the plant.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting capital projects, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
