As the Electrical Engineering Manager for our CT Fleet, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians who support our combustion turbine fleet's performance, compliance, and long‑term reliability.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (BSEE preferred).
10+ years engineering experience in a commercial power generation environment.
5+ years leadership experience supervising engineering staff.
Extensive background in preventive/predictive maintenance, plant performance, and reliability engineering.
PE license preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong analytical and business acumen.
Ability to lead and develop technical teams with autonomy and accountability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with engineering tools, analysis software, and PC applications.
Comfortable partnering with Plant Management and senior operations stakeholders.
