Duties:
Participates on engineering teams in completing development projects.
Leads small-scale design change efforts in support of continuation engineering activities.
Completes system, analog, digital, and firmware designs.
This includes setting and revising requirements and specifications, debugging, testing electrical circuits and systems, and completing documentation to ensure feasibility and verifiability of performance.
Able to work cross functionally, independently, and as part of a team.
Looking for a self-starter with a focus on troubleshooting.
Medical device experience would be ideal but not required.
Internship experience is also fine but would like to see professional experience first.
Masters in EE okay with an internship.
Required Skills:
Electrical Engineer I to assist in development and sustaining engineering projects within the Electrophysiology division at Abbott.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Computer Science or Biomedical degree okay as long as the candidate also has EE experience.
