Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferred, or Associate degree with 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent
- Working Knowledge of Electrical Circuits and control systems
- Experience with PLC programming and LabVIEW or equivalent automation software
- Hands-on experience with electrical motors and motor control systems
- Proficiency with CAD platforms such as 3-D Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
- Experience with circuit board troubleshooting, testing, and repair
- Knowledge of hardware prototyping, embedded systems, and microcontrollers
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product testing, and quality control
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical components and systems for carbon products and shaft grounding solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new products and enhancements related to grounding systems and measurement monitoring.
- Create and test electrical circuit boards, troubleshoot hardware issues, and repair circuits as needed.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to standardize designs and meet customer specifications.
- Develop testing procedures and build test stands for electric motors, grounding systems, and electrical contacts.
