Salary: 140k - 180k USD, or USD 67.00/hr to USD 86.50/hr.Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering.Background primarily in Utility / Power projects.Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required) or ability to gain licensure within 1 year.Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (EE).US Citizenship required.Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or related engineering discipline.At least 10 years of engineering design and/or consulting experience.Professional Engineering licensure in any US state, with ability to acquire a license in additional states if required for a particular project. If not licensed, must be able to gain licensure within one year of hire date.Proven ability to engage with clients, develop relationships, win work and deliver innovative solutions providing value to both client and provider.Demonstrated ability to engage in business growth strategy, including exploration and development of new project opportunities and knowledge/application of new and emerging technologies.Experience with proposal development and project execution planning, including scope development and manhour estimates for engineering services.Passion for mentoring and development of junior technical staff.Strong communication and technical writing skills.Availability to travel as required to support project needs (varies by project but typically less than 25%).Availability to work at least 2 days per week in the office when not traveling; must align with our Fort Worth Texas office and be willing to work hybrid in the office or client site 2 days per week.
