Electrical Enginner

-Lead electrical/electronics engineering activities for aerospace and unmanned systems programs. 
-Develop electrical and electronic designs in accordance with customer, system, and derived requirements. 
-Design and support power generation and distribution systems, including 28 VDC and 270 VDC architectures. 
-Support integration of Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). 
-Design, integrate, and troubleshoot aircraft actuators and positioners. 
-Prepare controlled engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, parts lists, interface control documents, test procedures, and technical reports. 
-Develop and present material for design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and customer meetings. 
-Develop and execute test plans and procedures for electrical/electronic assemblies and subassemblies. 
-Serve as Test Director when required and support system-level testing and troubleshooting. 
-Support flight testing, data collection, data reduction, analysis, and reporting. 
Identify technical issues, determine root causes, and develop effective corrective solutions. 
-Coordinate electrical/electronics requirements with systems, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines. 
-Manage engineering tasks within established budgets, schedules, and technical requirements. 
-Monitor project progress and communicate technical status, risks, and customer requirements. 
-Interface directly with customers, suppliers, and teaming partners as required. 
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electrical/electronics engineers. 
-Support proposals, estimates, quotations, and other business-development activities. 
-Maintain compliance with quality management systems, safety procedures, and applicable government requirements. 
-Travel periodically to support customers, suppliers, testing, business development, and other company locations.
