We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to prepare bids and estimates for commercial electrical construction projects. Candidates may come from an estimating, project management, or electrical field background.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Review plans and specifications
- Perform take-offs and cost analysis
- Obtain and evaluate vendor pricing
- Coordinate with project management and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Electrical, estimating, construction, or project management experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Experience with Bluebeam or estimating software preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $100,000 annually, based on demonstrated estimating experience, project complexity, bid volume, recent estimating experience, and electrical industry knowledge.
