Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical construction projects
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing calculations
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotes
• Collaborate with project managers, field personnel, and clients throughout the bidding process
• Assist with bid preparation and proposal development
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners

Qualifications

• Experience estimating electrical construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
