- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial, industrial, and service electrical projects.
- Review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents to determine project scope.
- Perform material and labor takeoffs and obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare detailed bids and proposals while meeting project deadlines.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, project managers, and customers to clarify scope and pricing.
- Identify potential project risks, exclusions, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain organized estimating records and pricing databases.
- Assist with project handoff and provide estimating support as needed.
