Pay: $60,000 - $90,00/annually + bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, Days, On-site

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review plans, specs, and bid documents to fully understand project scope
  • Build detailed estimates across labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Perform quantity takeoffs using estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Identify gaps, conflicts, and opportunities before they become problems
  • Work with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to build competitive bids
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when needed
  • Submit accurate, complete bids-on time, every time
  • Look for ways to save costs and improve efficiency without cutting corners

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of electrical construction experience
  • 2+ years of estimating experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
  • Experience with estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids at once
  • Solid communication skills-you can work across teams without things getting lost
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive to job sites as needed
