Role Summary:

We are looking for an Electrical Estimator / Sales Associate to connect our clients with customized electrical solutions. This role needs a professional with an electrical and sales background, stellar communication skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. As an Electrical Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing project estimates and delivering comprehensive sales services, ensuring clients receive accurate pricing and value-driven proposals. Your work will play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships and contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships through personable and professional interactions.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored project scopes and pricing quotes.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively through written and verbal means.
• Solve complex problems with innovative and practical electrical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Utilize software like Excel and Job management software to create detailed proposals and manage project data.
• Travel occasionally within California and neighboring states to meet client needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Electrical background is required (e.g., electrician, electrical estimator, project manager).
• 2-5 years of electrical project bidding and sales experience (industrial and commercial preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas.
• Ability to adapt to new software and applications quickly.

Communication:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
