Electrical Field Supervisor

Assurance Power Systems (APS) is a leading residential and commercial generator and electrical installation company based in Delray Beach, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to lead our electrical team and support our continued growth. This role is critical to ensuring our installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality across all electrical and generator installations
• Manage and oversee schedule boards to optimize technician performance and customer satisfaction
• Implement efficient processes to improve workflow and reduce downtime
• Oversee vehicle and warehouse inventory to ensure proper truck stock and supply levels
• Provide technical support for generator installations, service changes, engineering questions, and code compliance
• Conduct weekly training sessions on electrical best practices, NEC, Florida Building Code, and local regulations
• Collaborate with sales and permitting teams to ensure accurate documentation for engineering and permitting
• Manage timely and accurate integration of sales and permitting for generator and electrical projects
• Complete site evaluations to confirm scope of work
• Prepare installation plans to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Schedule installation work to maximize labor efficiency
• Review completed work and process payroll accordingly
• Support the sales team with technical electrical questions
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

 

What You Will Bring:

• Proven supervisory experience in the electrical field or related generator/construction management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive productivity and foster a positive team culture
• Experience with project management software; ServiceTitan experience highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence in making decisions under pressure
• High level of professionalism and work ethic
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
