DIHO Consulting is recruiting an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity with a Houston-area electrical contractor.
This position is ideal for an experienced Electrical Foreman or General Foreman who is ready to advance into a broader leadership role overseeing multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects, field crews, schedules, safety, manpower, and jobsite operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise Electrical Foremen, journeyman electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and field crews
Oversee multiple commercial or industrial electrical projects simultaneously
Coordinate manpower, schedules, labor productivity, materials, equipment, and inspections
Monitor project budgets, labor hours, deadlines, and field performance
Review electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work
Enforce NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, company, and project-specific safety requirements
Conduct safety meetings, quality inspections, field audits, and incident investigations
Communicate with Project Managers, general contractors, clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and AHJs
Train and mentor Foremen and field employees
Travel between the company headquarters and Houston-area project sites

Required Qualifications
8+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience
3+ years as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman
Experience supervising multiple crews or projects
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and project coordination
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to travel throughout the Greater Houston area

Preferred Experience
Commercial and industrial electrical distribution systems
Emergency power systems, generators, and UPS systems
Electrical testing and commissioning
Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software
OSHA and NFPA 70E safety practices

Additional Requirements
Candidates may be required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, an acceptable motor vehicle record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
