We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Field Supervisor with 2+ years of residential electrical experience to oversee single-family home projects in the Kernersville, NC area.
- Manage on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and apprentices, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
- Interpret blueprints, coordinate tasks, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, mentor crew members, and collaborate with project management on progress and resource needs.
- Order materials and maintain organized work sites in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. Physical requirements involve working outdoors, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights. The role is field-based, with exposure to outdoor conditions and construction environments. A valid license is required.
