Job Summary:

We're hiring a Skilled Assembler/Finisher to join our manufacturing team! If you have mechanical or electrical assembly experience and want to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you. You'll assemble and finish transformer core/coil units, prepare them for testing and shipping, and contribute to a clean, safe production floor. Swing shift availability required. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH HEIGHTS!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and inspect core/coil units with precise mechanical and electrical adjustments
  • Prepare units for quality testing and outbound shipping
  • Complete documentation accurately and maintain a safe, organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Must pass a basic math test as part of the application process

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience preferred
  • Strong ability to read tape measures accurately
  • Familiar with using hand tools, power tools, cranes, and forklifts
  • Comfortable working with hydraulic and air tools, hot oil systems, and vacuum pumps
  • Experience working at height using ladders and scaffolding

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
  • Capable of standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling throughout shift
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required
  • Must meet specific vision requirements for detailed inspection and assembly tasks

Education & Pre-Employment:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical exam
  • Comfortable wearing appropriate work attire in a hands-on manufacturing setting
