We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our growing team and oversee on-site operations.Position SummaryThe Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of electrical workers on job sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with all codes and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.Ensure work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes and standards.Schedule inspections and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.Maintain high safety standards and enforce safety protocols.Requirements:High school diploma or GED (technical school or relevant certifications a plus)Valid Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license Preferred but not a mustMinimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical tradeAt least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman roleStrong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust be able to read and interpret electrical blueprints and plansOSHA certification preferredValid drivers license and clean driving recordBenefits:Competitive salaryPaid time off and holidaysOngoing training and developmentOpportunities for advancement
